A 1000 TON CAPACITY
Our capacity allows for the production of 1000 tons of aluminium alloys per month.
The existing facilities are flexible and allow us to manufacture different alloys on short notice. Flexibility enables us to adapt to demand fluctuations in a timeous manner, ensuring shorter production lead times, which allows our customers to follow just-in-time strategies.
BACK-UP ELECTRICITY GENERATION
We have back-up electricity generation with capacity to power the entire plant, negating the possibility of production stoppages due to electricity supply problems.
ZERO WASTE TO LANDFILLS
All by-products are re-worked and recycled which means ZERO WASTE TO LANDFILLS, a first in the industry.
Falcon has developed a system which allows utilisation of the entire product chain, including all by-products.
Dross handling and recycling is done on-site in a purpose-built dross processing and recovery plant.
This gives Falcon a unique and competitive advantage in the industry as other industry players face the challenge of no longer being allowed to move their waste to landfill sites.
